The Letter of Authenticity is for the bat only. We didn't ask to have PSA/DNA authenticate the signature, although I'm sure it would pass PSA/DNA certification. See the photo's of the LOA for additional information.Kirk Gibson's was with the Detroit Tigers from 1979-1995.This bat comes with a Letter of Authenticity dated Thursday September 5, 2024.Bat is a Hillerich & Bradsby Model K55 with the 1979 labeling period.Bat is 34" long and weighs 34.1 oz.The bat exhibits evidence of outstanding use with a handle crack. Many ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on all sides of the barrel. Ball marks include black ink transfers. Cleat marks can be seen on the front and left barrel. Gibson's name is misspelled on the barrel (GIBOSN).
